Biography

John Wiggins is the founder and owner of The So Good Vegan, a locally owned plant-based food business serving North Texas. A culinary professional with an Associate Degree in Culinary Hospitality, John is dedicated to promoting healthy, flavorful food while supporting local farmers, artisans, and entrepreneurs. A vendor at the Denton Community Market since June 10, 2022, he is honored to serve on the Board and help strengthen one of Denton's most valued community traditions.
